Our People

Our MD Chris started his career at 16 working as an apprentice in the engineering industry specialising in the service and repair of heavy goods vehicles, gaining a vast amount of knowledge to support the business, including maintenance and control of various different equipment including jetting units, pressure discharge equipment and Vacuum Tankers he put this knowledge into the Transport industry when he started Premier Environmental some 30 years ago, the company has expanded over the years going from strength to strength with the purchase of new vehicles and an expanded fleet, with several drivers operating out of our Widnes based operating centre Premier is small enough to care but large enough to cope.

After successfully passing his HGV training and gaining his licence Christian was promoted from lead workshop engineer to goods vehicle driver, he has been tasked with taking charge of the companies jetting units and is currently working on several major projects including marine and chemical industry contracts. In his spare time, Christian is a keying 4x4 enthusiast.

After starting her career working as an advisor for United Utilities Sarah joined the family company and gained her operator’s licence, she has developed Premiers transport division and is currently working on new projects to develop our fleet systems.

After joining the company from leaving school Lewis underwent training to take over from his brother Christian as lead workshop engineer along with developing his existing skillset in industrial service and tank cleaning. In his spare time, Lewis enjoys spending his time with his friends fishing and camping.

John started his career at Scania working as an apprentice engineer after qualifying and spending many decades working on many types of trucks John decided to join his brother Chris to manage the Premier HGV workshop he has taken a personal interest in key development within the company and has implemented new improved systems for automated vehicle alerts allowing Premier to be a step above the rest when it comes to fleet service and repair.
